After Seven Studio didn’t start as a studio. It started with Pat Gaston.
His background wasn’t built in design agencies or creative schools. It was built through experience. As an inventor with four patents, he has always been driven to understand how things work and how to build them better. That mindset was shaped through serving as a paratrooper in the Army and working as a generator mechanic, learning firsthand how systems come together, break down, and get rebuilt.
That same approach carried into software engineering, building systems, platforms, and tools from the ground up with clean, intentional solutions.
The garage never went away.
A 1972 Datsun 240Z became more than a weekend project. It became a way of thinking. Take something apart. Understand every piece. Rebuild it with intention. It also became a lesson in collaboration, working alongside builders and automotive brands to bring a shared vision to life.

Most projects fall between 1500 and 6000 depending on scope. More advanced builds and systems can go higher. We scope everything based on what you actually need.
